If you want to eat healthier, don’t cut off all sweets cold turkey and go straight vegan.
For the first two weeks, make sure one of your three meals is a healthier choice.
If you want to run a marathon, don’t just sign up and show up.
Start with a 5k, and work your way up from there.
If you want to build a city, start with a single building.
When it comes to your biggest goals and dreams, start small. Start with something you’re sure to succeed in. Starting off your journey with a small victory will hopefully give you the encouragement you need to keep going.
Of course, there are many ways to accomplish your goals. This is only one of them.
But it’s still worth trying.
